Who we are

What we collect
Through the quote form we collect your name, phone number, the type of cleaning, area and town, approximate size, preferred date and any details you choose to send.
Why we use it
Only to contact you with a quote and to schedule the work, at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – steps prior to entering into a contract). We do not send advertising and we do not sell your data.
Who else has access
- Cloudflare – website hosting, the form's anti-spam check and visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
- Meta (WhatsApp) – your request is delivered to us as a WhatsApp message.
Visit statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits (page visited, the site you came from, country, device type and browser). It uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not identify you. For each quote request we keep, for 30 days, a technical record without personal data (time, type of service, area, where the visit came from – for example Google or Facebook – and whether the message was delivered).
How long we keep it
Requests that do not become bookings are deleted within 12 months at the latest. For completed jobs, data is kept as long as the law requires (for example, for accounting records).

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to us at the address above. You may also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
